Tours for groups of ten or more should be arranged at least two weeks in advance.
School groups of all ages are always welcome for tours during the week. We are happy to provide preliminary literature about the Library and the Brownings upon request.
Pied Piper Tours
Throughout the academic year the Armstrong Browning Library offers special tours to local fifth-grade classes. These tours focus specifically on Robert Browning's poem "The Pied Piper of Hamelin," featuring an exhibition of various illustrations created for the poem and a 45-minute showing of Faerie Tale Theatre's version of the story. If you are interested in bringing a school group to visit, please contact Glenda Ross to schedule a tour or to have your school added to the mailing list.
